Notes:

1. Spin finish oil “FASAVIN 2732” is used.

2. The fabric length at a roll for 1, 2 grades is not less than 900 m.

3. Weft is high stretchable bicomponent (stretchability not less than 200 %)

4. Number of warp threads for fabric 22/222, 30/302 KNTS can be changed at customer's request.

Packing

Finished fabric rolls, fixed to avoid unwin-ding, are packed as follows: сardboard rings are fitted to the ends of the fabric roll and the roll is wrapped with PE film. PE edge is folded and pressed with another pair of cardboard rings. Then the roll is wrapped with 2 layers of cardboard fas-tened with scotch tape.

Then the roll is wrapped with black PE film, which is tightly fixed at the side ends to the beam. This film is fastened to the roll with a strapping tape in 3-4 places.

If necessary the tire cord fabric rolls are packed as agreed with the customer.

Standard fabric length in a roll is 900 m. increase or reductions of this parameter are possible.

Transportation

The tyre cord fabric is transported in 20-feet and 40-feet containers, covered railway cars and by motor transport.
